Event coordination

When grid operators call a Demand Response event or capacity activation, our team manages the coordination process from start to finish. Participants receive clear communication and have visibility into event status at every stage.
  • Pre-event preparation and participant notification
  • Real-time load monitoring during activations
  • Communication with ISO operators as required
  • Post-event performance verification and documentation
  • Settlement reconciliation and revenue tracking

Flexible Participation

Rodan supports multiple participation models. Some customers choose Rodan-led dispatch, where our team coordinates load reductions directly with facility systems. Others prefer to receive event notifications and make operational decisions internally based on production priorities and expected revenue.

Our operations center supports both approaches, providing the information and coordination needed regardless of how you choose to participate.

Built on experience

Rodan has operated in Ontario's electricity markets for over 20 years. As the largest Demand Response aggregator in the province, we have coordinated thousands of events across hundreds of facilities.
