- Assessed the suitability of the existing rooftop for the proposed solar PV system
- Evaluated the existing facility electrical distribution system for interconnection options
- Prepared and carried out regulatory evaluations (utility connection impact assessment, electrical safety plan approval, etc)
- Prepared electrical design drawings and technical specifications in conjunction with Owner’s commercial documents
- Assisted in the Owner’s RFP process, including contractor walkthroughs and bid evaluations
- Coordinated regulatory activities between the contractor, IESO and Owner with respect to the FIT contract requirements
- Performed routine site inspections to verify contractor progress draw billing and adherence to the proposed design
- Evaluated equipment selections with respect to the technical specifications
- Executed commitment to review for building permit
- Witnessed/approved the commissioning process and facilitated the authorization to generate process with the local distribution company
