As you are aware, the World Health Organization has declared COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus) a pandemic and the virus continue to take a toll on populations and businesses around the world. The situation is evolving rapidly, and we continue to monitor the impact and progress of the pandemic through public health authority advisories and other government sources.
We wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that Rodan Energy has been preparing for this unfolding situation since it first began to develop, and we are well-positioned to continue to provide our services to you. Rodan Energy has a robust continuity strategy in place designed to mitigate potential interruptions to our business. As circumstances change, we continue to adapt and modify our plans and protocols to address the safety of our people, our clients, and others with whom we work.
These are some measures that we are taking:
- We are continually encouraging all staff to follow the recommended guidelines and take responsible precautions, including frequent handwashing and social distancing.
- Our staff has the ability and capability to work remotely while continuing to service our clients in the best possible way.
- All staff who are travelling have been advised to self-quarantine for two weeks before coming back to the office, even if they are not travelling to a COVID-19 affected area.
- We have limited business travel and in-person meetings to facilitate essential client-servicing needs only. We will continue to remain responsive by the increased use of video and conference calls.
We will promptly advise you if there are any changes to the delivery of our services.
