MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – May 3, 2021: Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. today announced that they acquired NRG Curtailment Solutions Canada, Inc.’s customer contracts from its demand response business in Ontario. The move expands Rodan’s leadership in Ontario’s distributed energy sector to over 300MW of demand response (DR) resources in the IESO Capacity Market.
The transaction adds 63MW of DR capacity and 170 facilities to Rodan’s current customer base.
