New York has just launched the NYSERDA Commercial & Industrial Accelerated Efficiency Program (https://www.nyserda.ny.gov/…/CI-Accelerated-Energy…). The program will provide incentives for large electricity users to complete energy efficiency projects by the end of 2025 that reduce emissions and electrify loads.
