Penny MacLeod is One of Mississauga’s COVID Heroes

Rodan Energy announces with great pleasure that Penny MacLeod, Operations Coordinator at Rodan HQ, has been recognized as a Mississauga COVID Hero, honoured today by Mayor Bonnie Crombie and all City of Mississauga councillors.

Since March 2020, Penny has demonstrated exceptional public spirit through her care and support for everyone in the Rodan Energy community. Without hesitation, Penny physically attended the office so that the remainder of us could work from home. She spearheaded COVID-19 safety measures for employees, couriers, and anyone she came in contact with and demonstrated an exceptional willingness to support every team member with anything needed to keep our business operating and supporting local clients. Rodan’s resiliency during these challenging times can be credited to Penny, an undeniable COVID Hero of the Rodan Energy community.

As a COVID Hero, Penny will be celebrated through the following activities, coordinated by the City:

  • A virtual ceremony honouring Mississauga COVID Heroes
  • A certificate of recognition signed by Mayor Bonnie Crombie
  • An honorary structure and plaque demonstrating the names of all COVID Heroes, located at Mississauga Celebration Square until December 2021

Thank you, Penny, for providing ongoing support to the Rodan Team throughout this pandemic. Through kind and courageous work such as yours, Rodan Energy continually grows and thrives no matter the challenges.
