Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Rachel Ingram as Legal Counsel. Within this role, she will lead with a focus on Rodan’s corporate and commercial legal matters.
Ingram joins Rodan with over 15 years of experience practicing law, most recently as Vice President and General Counsel with Kremeko Inc. (Krispy Kreme Canada). Prior to that she was a partner with the law firm of Blake, Cassels & Graydon, LLP, one of Canada’s top national firms.
“This role will require the provision of high-level strategic counsel to our Senior Management team on a broad range of legal and compliance issues,” stated Paul Grod, President of Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. “Ms. Ingram’s depth of experience, leadership acumen, and track record of success will add to the robustness of the Rodan team.”
