Ontario Raises $750 Million with Second Green Bond. Government of Ontario News. February 2, 2016. 
Ontario has successfully issued its second green bond, raising $750 million to support environmentally friendly, low-carbon infrastructure projects. Renewable Energy and Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure announced the completion of $190 million in debt financing for the Southgate Solar project.
